VYKIX Architect+ Panel guide

The VYKIX Architect+ Panel gives you one place to control your server, inspect its health, manage files and mods, schedule maintenance, create backups, and change DayZ settings.

This section documents customer controls only. The exact controls you can use depend on your service and its access policy. A control may be hidden, read-only, or disabled when it is not included with your service. Ask VYKIX on Discord if a control you need is unavailable.

Open the panel

Go directly to your customer dashboard to view and manage your assigned servers.

Select your server from Assigned servers, then use a shortcut or open the server to see every available tool. Example identifiers are used throughout these screenshots.

Changes affect your live server

Restarting, restoring a backup, deleting files, changing ports, and running a wipe can interrupt players or remove data. Read the warning beside the task and make a current backup before a high-impact change.

Sign in and select a server

1. Open the VYKIX Architect+ Panel from your VYKIX client portal, service email, or this guide.
2. Sign in with the same VYKIX customer account that owns the service.
3. Open Servers in the navigation.
4. Select Console or Files on the server you want to manage.

Your Assigned servers page contains only services linked to your account. If a recently ordered service says Provisioning, wait for deployment to finish and refresh the page. If the list is empty or the wrong service appears, verify that you used the purchasing account before contacting support.

Open a service from the client portal

When your service page offers the panel button, use it to open that service directly. After sign-in, the panel locates the linked server and opens Details. You can then choose Console or another server tool.

If the panel says the service is unavailable or your account does not have access, check that you signed in with the purchasing account, return to Servers, and refresh. Contact support if an active service is still missing.

Understand server states

State	What it means	What to do
Online	The game server process is running.	Players can connect. Stop or restart only during a maintenance window.
Offline	The server is stopped.	Select Start when you are ready to run it.
Starting	A start request is still being processed.	Wait for the state to settle; do not send the same action repeatedly.
Stopping	A stop request is still being processed.	Wait before starting or restarting it.
Unknown	The panel does not have a confirmed current state.	Open Console and select Check status.
Error	The latest status or action failed.	Read the action message and relevant logs, then retry only after fixing the cause.
Provisioning	Your order is still being created on the server host.	Wait and refresh. Customer controls appear after provisioning completes.
Suspended	Access is paused for the service.	Check the client portal or contact support.
Terminating / Terminated	Cancellation is in progress or complete.	Contact support immediately if you did not expect this state.

The small status shown in the header is the last state known to the panel. Check status asks the host for a fresh state. Refresh dashboard reloads your assigned services and their stored status.

Find a panel area

Console and power controls Start, stop, restart, check versions, send RCON commands, and read live output.

Files and SFTP Browse, edit, transfer, archive, and access server files.

DayZ logs Open and filter the latest console, crash, RPT, error, admin, and script logs.

Schedules Create restart schedules and configure guarded storage wipes.

Backups Create, restore, delete, and review server backups.

Mods Install Workshop items, resolve dependencies, and control mod load order.

Network Find the server address and game, query, and RCON ports.

Config Edit common serverDZ.cfg options and understand every field.

Advanced Manage launch, process, backup, notification, health, and feature settings.

Webhooks Connect Discord channels, customize event messages, preview payloads, and check deliveries.

Navigation and shared controls

After you open a server, the main navigation follows this order:

1. Console — live state, power controls, RCON, output, and performance.
2. Logs — latest supported DayZ profile logs.
3. File Manager — browser-based file management. Select the SFTP tab inside this page for temporary client access.
4. Configuration — common game configuration. Select the Advanced tab inside this page for Agent settings.
5. Mods — installed bindings and the Workshop catalog.
6. Backups — manual backup and restore operations.
7. Schedules — recurring restarts and storage wipes.
8. Webhooks — Discord lifecycle notifications and message customization.
9. Network — the assigned address and ports.
10. Details — read-only service and lifecycle information.

The main navigation uses Configuration; Config and Advanced remain the tabs within it. Webhooks opens Discord notification settings.

Most editable pages use the same actions:

Control	Meaning
Refresh	Load the latest saved values. Unsaved local edits may be replaced.
Revert	Discard unsaved changes and return to the last loaded values.
Save	Validate and write the current draft. A successful save does not always restart the server.
Synced	The form matches the latest values loaded from the server.
Unsaved	At least one field differs from the loaded values.
Loading	The panel is waiting for the server host. Avoid duplicate actions.

Save first, restart second

When a setting requires a restart, save it and wait for the Synced state before restarting from Console. This makes it easier to tell a save failure from a restart failure.

Details page

Details is a read-only summary. It can show the server name, game title, operational status, billing-service lifecycle, product status, host label, external server ID, and the time of the last lifecycle update. You cannot change these assignments from the customer panel.

Use this page when support asks which service or external server ID you are working with. Do not post the full page publicly because it may contain account-specific identifiers.

If a page cannot find your server

Server links include the selected server in the URL. A saved link can stop working after a service change or when you sign in with another account.

1. Return to Servers.
2. Refresh the dashboard.
3. Open the server again from its current card.
4. If it still does not appear, check the service state in the client portal and ask VYKIX on Discord.
