3. Services and Regulatory Status

VYKIX supplies game-server hosting, virtual private servers, bare-metal servers, and related digital services. VYKIX does not represent that it is the domain registrar of record; domain requests are arranged through the registrar and registry identified before the order.

Whether a particular activity falls within an ANACOM registration or authorization regime depends on the service actually supplied and applicable law. ANACOM is also Portugal's Digital Services Coordinator.

4. Digital Services Act Contact

Recipients and authorities may send illegal-content and abuse notices to [email protected]. Communications are accepted in Portuguese and English, and the contact is not solely automated. The notice-and-action requirements are described in the Terms of Service.

5. Electronic Complaints Book

Consumers may use the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico. This does not prevent a consumer from contacting VYKIX directly or using another mandatory remedy.

6. Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution

Under Portuguese Law 144/2015, a consumer may contact a competent consumer alternative-dispute-resolution entity, including:

General consumer information is available from the Direção-Geral do Consumidor. For a low-value Portuguese consumer dispute, the necessary arbitration rule described in Clause 27.2.1 of the Terms applies when the consumer elects a competent legally authorized centre.

7. Terrorist Content Removal Orders

Competent authorities may send removal orders and related requests concerning terrorist content under Regulation (EU) 2021/784 to [email protected], which is monitored for that purpose. Communications are accepted in Portuguese and English.

8. European Production and Preservation Orders

Regulation (EU) 2023/1543 applies from 18 August 2026. For European Production Orders and European Preservation Orders under that Regulation, the designated establishment is LIMITBRAVITY - LDA, Rua Das Costeiras 103, 4835-421 Guimarães, Portugal. Such orders are transmitted through the decentralised IT system provided for in the Regulation rather than by ordinary email.
