VYKIX DayZ hosting is for PC only and supports every released official PC map—Chernarus, Livonia, and Sakhal—plus compatible Steam Workshop community maps. Sakhal requires DayZ Frostline. Community maps depend on Workshop availability, the map author’s terms, required dependencies, and compatibility with the current DayZ server build. This is not Xbox or PlayStation hosting.

Yes. VxShield is included with DayZ hosting, with no DDoS add-on fee. Its DayZ-aware profile filters traffic at the upstream edge before accepted traffic reaches your server. It does not fix mod errors or promise uninterrupted service during every attack. For an existing attack problem, share incident times and symptoms with VYKIX before moving.

The DayZ trial runs for 48 hours. A valid card is required for fraud verification, but no payment is taken during or at the end of the trial. It does not automatically convert to a paid plan. The trial is suspended after 48 hours, and its active data is deleted seven calendar days later. Continuing requires a separate paid order. Trial hardware can differ from the paid configuration; the paid order names its configuration separately.

The listed managed plan includes full game-file and configuration access in VXPanel, including the files used for DayZ server configuration and mission data. A specific mod can still depend on its author, dependencies, and the current DayZ version; one-click installation or automatic compatibility is not promised.

The listed plan uses unlimited player slots under fair-use terms and does not add a per-slot fee. Real playable capacity depends on mods, settings, scripts, and workload, so VYKIX does not promise one universal player or FPS number. Use the finder to get a workload suggestion from your expected player count and mod load.

The listed DayZ plan includes three same-server backup slots. These recovery copies stay on the same physical server as the live game service, so a full server or storage failure can affect both. Backup completion and restore time are not guaranteed. Keep a current copy outside VYKIX.

Eligible customers switching an existing DayZ server can receive free migration and seven days free. Send VYKIX your current provider, data size, mod list, peak players, preferred region, and target date. The team confirms eligibility, scope, timing, and applicable terms before any migration work begins.

No host can establish lag-free gameplay from a hardware list alone. Your map, mods, active players, server workload and player connections all matter. Test the setup you intend to run, then use server logs and resource measurements to investigate problems. VxShield handles supported attack traffic; it does not fix a heavy script or a player's connection.

This product gives you a managed DayZ game server with game-file access in VXPanel. It does not rent you the complete physical host or provide root access. VYKIX's Game VPS provides an allocated virtual machine; bare metal provides a complete physical server. Choose those separate products if you need to administer the operating system.
